anyone consider making a hack by implementing mathml or LaTeX to create equations and math formulas on forums?

for anyone, I found the phpbb board LaTeX hack. It doesn't seem to long, maybe you could make it work with vB? It is attached.

I've integrated mimetex as CGI into our forums for testing and it's working fine so far. When it's stable and tested for security I will post some code for you to use ;)

I have enough motivation from our moderators who are very happy to use Latex code. I'm running a chemistry forum and Latex is very usefull for us.
But anyway, your motivation will double it :)
