How do i create a test board?

I have read many things to test stuff on the test board but i dont have a test board.. and lucky for me, i havent installed any big stuff so my board is still fine..

And i've read that it has to be password protected..

so how do i do that?

There are 2 ways, you can either install a forum in directory called /testvb and make sure its htaccess'd

You can use TECK's guide to installing vBulletin on your computer.

Its not working.
I myself cannot login to the site.
I typed the correct username and password but it just doesnt work.

Should i be typing something in the .htpassw?
coz its blank.
