What the heck is up with this recent threads hack!?

I am using the Last 10 posts hack on my non VB page and I have just started having a problem with it. If you go to my main page at www.vorspann.net you will see the recent posts and if you look at the most recent one the link in the post has made the table stretch beyond its specified 200 pixel width! I have tried editing that post and taking out the link and sure enough the table goes back to its 200 px size. This leads me to beleive that the link doesn't want to wrap/break like typical text would. Is there any way to fix this cause it is really starting to annoy me.
