I'm fairly certin those things can be changed in your style sets "Head Insert" just look for the area that looks something like this

TEXTAREA, .bginput {
FONT-SIZE: 12px;
FONT-FAMILY: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;
COLOR: #000000;
BACKGROUND-COLOR: #DFDFDF

Yeah, It does have head inserts I found out how to edit most of the things I wanted though, thanks to Lesane :D
