I want to have members be able to submit pictures to my forum and have thumb nails viewable by "lurkers" and full-size pics viewable by members only. Any ideas for a hack that I can use or do I have to write one to do this?

In addition, upon submission, I want to standardize the size and put our logo on the pic. Do you know of a hack that can do all this?
