Image in Thread Title?

I think I've seen it done as a gag where the thread title is some mangled text inside of a gif (which in turn is a link to the thread.)

I just tried this now, and it doesn't work. I also have it set so admins can post html.

How can this be done? (if at all)

GD is a image generation function of PHP, so id guess he means look at GD and how to use GD

Image generation? That isn't exactly what I was referring to.

What I meant was, how can I put an image in the thread title using some kind of vb code or html tags?

I did the hack so administrators could use html, but I now see that doesn't carry over into tread titles.

there is also a hack how to use html in threadtitles, i think it was a request and is's posted in the request forum, and was answered by myself.

It was some time ago, but with a closer search i'm sure you might find it.

Well, this thread (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?p=305110#post305110) seemed to do it. But I get an ugly black boarder around any image I put in there.

I have a hack that will allow you to use BB codes in thread titles. Due to performance reasons I have limited this feature to sticky threads.
