Hack request- subject change correct

After a user is posting a new thread, if he edits the message he cant change the subject (only when posting a new thread), maybe someone can do a hack that will fix that?

I believe this is coming in vB 2 so its not really worth making a hack for it as it should be released in a month or two :)

Also Moderators and Administrators can edit the thread subject through the "Edit Thread" command.
