an unsual who's online and shoutbox..

First off let me apologise if this has been asked, I have been searching but not too sure if there is anything that I can use without installing a few mods / hacks to try it and see...

currently we have vb 2.3.2. on a subdomain forums.xxx

we have 4images gallery on another gallery.xxx , those integrate quite well.

now we need a front page on www.xxx .. on this front page we need a who's online (on the forum) and we need it to detect if you currently logged in or not, if not hte link to register, and the number of members and latest member...

just as you see at the top of the index page of a vb 2.3.2 forum without the text if u a guest.

we also need a shoutbox on the index page of the www.xxx not the forum page.

is this possible? done before? can anyone recall which hack they tried?

1. go to the 4images website and search the forums for the integration with vbulletin and 4images and on the instalation file it has some details on how you can work with multiple subdomains, and for the index page, just use one of the portal hacks....
