I just launched a new political forum, and I'm looking for ways to improve it. I purchased a skin from vbskins and modified it a bit. How is it with regards to usability? I have been told by several people that I have too many forums at this stage, and they are probably right. I guess I just need a little more convincing before I prune them.

Any suggestions that can improve the forum will be greatly appreciated.

Think I've commented on this before elsewhere. But yeah, bit too many forums to start off with. Expand as your member/post base grows. :)
