Just thought I'd get some feedback on the newest version of my site. It's running vB3 and I'm one of the millions (it seems like) that has already created a portal system to control the homepage. Anyways, just wanted to see what others thought and get a little feedback on what looks good and what could be improved. :)

Hello,
My first impression is that the two shades of blue on your homepage are a bit jarring. I did get used to it after a bot, but it's not very easy to look at. On your forums, it's a little better, but you might want to experiment with the colors. Also, the green mouse over color for links is a little bright, imo.
Other than that, it's fine.

Thanks for the comments so far. :)
The colors are actually blue and purple, though the purple appears to look blue on some monitors with a lower color resolution (looks the same at my work) *shrugs*.
I'm not sure what's up with the chat... As far as I know, I'm using the same script as the one here, but it is extremely slow... If anyone happens to know why or how to fix that I would love to know how.
Thanks for pointing out the broken image Faranth. Apparently I missed that one when I was re-naming them for beta 7. It's fixed now though. :)

Wait... Are you talking about the blue in the header and the blue used as the tcat class, or are you saying the two bars in the header both look blue?

Ahhh, hadn't seen that one yet. I'll give it a try in the next day or two (and then maybe some of my members will actually use the chat room :D)
