buy vbquiz from shop is it possable?

ive done some small hack modifcation, and so have a basic understanding of adding/writing new hacks to vbulletin. ive been coding for some years but have only realy looked at php-mysql over the last couple of months.

would this hack be possable?

You mean to make their own quizzes - take part in a quiz. You're being very vague :)
