Import style without affecting look

Hi guys,
I have Arabic forum designed well. But I want to assign an English style to on of the forums.
1) how to import a style which change the layout from right to left and also all the templates, words, messages etc.. without affecting the forum external look!
2) can I have the english style?

You're best asking this over at vbulletin.com. vb3 has the option for right to left style/languages :)
