Cannot sign up more than once with the same IP address

Can someone make a hack so that a person with the same IP address cannot register more than once? Last night I had some dorkus register 6 times in a row with different e-mails just to be funny :tired:

Well most of the times I'm not around to check for duplicate IP addresses..... by the time I get to my forum they have signed up like 7 or 8 times in a row :ermm:

And even then I dont know what users have duplicate IP addresses..... theres no way of checking really that I know of.

hmm this will affect dynamic ip users...

how about restricting email account (maybe to isp and certain free email) and must activate account via email before posting

If I recall correctly I had given the code in the thread to put member in moderation if his probability of being a banned member is above X%? (for "who might this new user be" hack)
