Highlighting online user groups

I'm sure I'm just missing something really simple here but I'm stumped.

I created a forum leadership (Advisor) position.

This position has all the same basic resposibilities as my mods. However, I can't seem to get my advisor group to highlight like the mods and myself on the online users.

Anyone know how I can get this usergroup to be highlighted on the online users?

There is a hack for VB2 that allows you to assign colors to various user groups. Search for colored online users.
