You have attempted to upload an invalid type of attachment. The valid extensions for attachments are: bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf php png psd txt zip
Can we have .rar ?
I couldnt post a .rar file in The Lounge thats all :)
Its a common file and i dont know why is not added as standard to vb

i agree .. rar files are far more superior than zip files, higher compression, etc.. i dont know why people dont use rar files more often, the compression technology is much more advanced than zip files.

Because people have yet to see the all-holy power of WinRAR over the pitiful WinZip.

RAR? Why not ARJ? Or ZOO? ;)
Seriously thought, it's mainly because a lot of people don't use RAR for some reason. ZIP is standard in Windows, which is why it's standard in vB.

Yep I only installed winrar a few days ago - only reason i like it because i can split big files and take them across one a time in segments on my usb pen :)
