Tried that. :) On my private forums, I use my own code to do a query-less shoutbox writing and deleting a text file on the server.

There are two released at vBulletin.nl, one made by myself, although I haven't tested it on Beta 6, only Beta 4 and Beta 5.

thanks link, im going to check it out when your boards are open again. im thinking of making one that uses a different database, and gets config.php just for select queries.
