What is the best chat hack out there?

There are a few hacks for chat in the full-releases section of vb.org

Which ones are the best? Best on the server, most reliable, no security holes etc.

i have done one for vb3 and i might be releasing it for vb3 over at vbt.com in the next few days once i make a few more edits to it...
