[FIXED] PMs on homepage

I got a pm tonight and where all you infomation is on the home page turned yellow. And it didnt blink at all. Just a really nasty looking yellow and i couldnt even read the info cause it is to bright. Just thought i would let you guys know. I know your'll busy and all.

The background turns to the [high] highlight color. It's not meant to blink. I'll wait for Xenon to come and see if he wants to change it.
