Hello,
I can not seem to access downloads, but my e-mail address used here to register is in the member area. The domain the lisc is under is http://www.inlandhosting.net I still see this though,
"You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To download hacks and get support you will need to go to this page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)"
Thank you,
Mike

remember the email is casesensitive
try to reenter your email EXACTLY as you've used it on vb.org.
if nothing helps, contact someon @vbulletin.com to check your licenses and change your status

Just a note: vBulletin Support cannot change anyone's status on vbulletin.org. If they have entered the email address corre4xctly then an Admin on these forums will need to help.

Hello,
Can someone please update me? I checked the e-mail and it is the same. The domain is inlandhosting.net and my customer number ends in 3249. Feel free to PM me if you need more info.
Also I contacted a moderator at the dot com site and was told,
If you have entered the correct email address on the correct form then there is nothing we can do about this. One of the Admins there will need to fix the problem and I'm not an Admin on that site.
Best regards,
Steve

It looks like you are showing up as licensed now. Did you resubmit your info?

great! I see that, no I did not, maybe it takes some time to update across the system?
I'm having the same issues.
I'll just wait until tomorrow to see if does take time to update across the system.

It works for whatever e-mail address is used in your profile here.

I can't explain it too. We've had a few problems like this recently. We'll need vB.com staff to look at the database and tell one of the admins here whether we should upgrade someone to license manually or not.

ya that is odd, I've had the same login problems on XMB - the reason I switched over to vBuleltin..
Try typing in your e-mail address in all three textboxes.
That worked for me and this other member here in vb.org.
