Restricting who can vote in polls .... ?

Is there a way to restrict voting in polls to members with, say, at least 'XX' number of posts ???

would this be a hard hack to code ?? Am I asking too much.. ? As i have no idea about php, im not sure if im asking something that is potentially really hard ??
