Dammit, Ive followed the instructions and still get this error :(

"You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To download hacks and get support you will need to go to this page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)"

I goto that page on vbulletin.com, all my details are correct and I come up as licensed there.

Note: Origionly I was coming up unlicensed there and I sent them an email and they fixed it, do I have to email anyone on vbulletin. org as well?

Remember that your e-mail address is case-sensitive and must be the one you use here. Try updating your profile as well.

I tried updating my profile.
Email address is correct and is the same as at vbulliton.com.

Any more things to check??

Try contacting an administrator at vB.com. Beyond this point there isn't anything we can really do here.

Here's what usually sorts it out:
1. Go to www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php) and enter the e-mail you're using here (keep in mind which is case-sensitive) and update the form twice

OR

2. Try adding your e-mail to all 3 input fields and update the form, that sometimes sorts it

I have the same problem and tried every method posted.

I tried adding my the email I registered with here (submitted form more than once and added it to all 3 lines) and I tried changing my forum email to the one I used to purchase my license.... didn't work.

Nothing worked and I'm not wasting my time with it anymore. Hopefully it will be resolved by the time I get home from work.

Sorry, no can do.

Well in this case you can, as it's just a little not important screenie

(note that that's not the only thing we see about unlicensed users, it's just the thing we see in showthread)

dementeddogz,

You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To be able to download hacks and/or receive support here at vBulletin.org, we ask you to please click here (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php) (vB-germany users click here (http://www.vbulletin-germany.com/members/forums.php)) and enter your email address, to show us that you are licensed.

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive. If it doesn't work, try populating all of the textboxes and waiting several hours.

Thank you.

I was showing up as unlicensed today. But when I refreshed the page all was well.... what's going on?

Xenon

hmm, as the licensestatus is based on usergroupid's from our site, i cannot answer that.

Maybe vb.com changed their script a bit, or it was a cookie/proxy bug ?
