CPanel HTML Emails

Hi. I would like to be able to send emails in html format. Can someone tell me how this is done. Thanks bunches!

Search in hack db.. There are different hacks for HTML mailing depending on the section you want HTML mails..

Hi Logican. *waves* I did. Here's my problem... I have the Comunity bulletin hack (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&postid=430127#post430127). For some reason it won't send to all the users that want it and won't recognize different usergroups. I am willing to cut and paste into the CPanel email system, but it won't let me send the html format.

I simply want the CPanel to recognize html. I found this (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&threadid=56122&highlight=html+email) post, but it does not tell me how.
