i am try to download this hack and i give :

check that your email matches the email on the form EXACTLY
The form is casesensitve.

Click there, and make sure the e-mail you use on these forums is on that list, if its not, then enter it.

And as Xenon said, the email is case-sensative

Make sure you enter your customer number/password that you receive in the e-mail after purchasing a vBulletin licence

You must get the e-mail in which you received after getting your vB licence, and find the customer username/password. Then follow my steps in post 4
