How do I add a search box to each of my pages?

Just like the topic says. I am running VBulletin 2.3.2 and I am wondering how to add a search box to the top of each of my pages?

But I would just like to know what code I take from what exact template? I know where I want to place it I am just unsure what I have to do to make a search box like the one on the top of this page. Do I have to create a form field and if so what do I have to name it and what not?
