Which vB-portal system would work for my site?

Will any of these portal allow me to well, ..here's what I intend to do:

1. Have the main site be updated by using vb (vbhome lite can do this, right?)

2. My site is an RPG games review site; is there a way I can use the vb portals to do this, without having to install something like movable type; etc..

Meaning, how would I go generating reviews? Would I, for example..make a "reviews" forum and use php/variables to include the posts onto a page?

Is static page generating possible?

vBportal is a good soloution but hard. vBHome is nice but i wouldnt recmend it, try vBindex.
