I tried to post something in the Lounge forum and it gave me this:
You do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
You are not showing up as licensed. If you are a vBulletin customer, please add your e-mail to this form (vB-germany users click here)to be able to access certain resticted areas on this site!
My email address is already in the vbulletin database and am a licensed user, so what gives?

I am licensed. Ask Jelsoft, and my email IS in their database.

Well, you're not showing up as licensed here. Are you using the exact same e-mail address as you're using here? Whitespace and case are both sensitive.

Everybody else is working fine, so the problem is at your end. Make sure you haven't registered multiple accounts here (a violation of implicitly stated rules).

Well, I am using the right email as requested and its not working, so the problem is obviously not on my end.

You are currently showing up as unlicensed. As I said several times, already done that. Email Jelsoft and ask them.

You obviously did it wrong. We know you are licensed, but you are showing up as unlicensed. Enter your email address as it appears in your license, with the correct case.

Nope, I have done it right. The must be a bug. I copied the email address exactly as I have it in the member's area on Vbulletin's site. I am showing up as licensed on their site no problem.

It seems you are showing up as licensed now :)
THIS happens all the time on vB.org too me, even when i had my email address in 5 priority support box's (different accounts)
