Viewing "no permission" and other things like in vB3

Can someone make the "who's online" thing like it is in vBulletin 3 such as the viewing no permissin icons and such? That would be most excellent. Thanks.

There is a thread around here someone that will "semi" do this, I used it on vB2, it was a little buggy though and didn't work all the time, I'll see if I can find it.
