Top referrals

Is there a way to display top referrals on a page? Is there a separate hack for this?

I do have vbStats installed, and it shows top referrals, however I don't especially want to visitor to view the other stat area.

I have webtemplates installed, is there a way I can make a separate page through webtemplates to make a top referrals list?

My hack should do it (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&threadid=50432). It displays various statistics like vbStats but far fewer.
