Edit profile in mod CP?

Dunno if this is the right place to ask but....

There doesnt appear to be an [edit profile] link in the mod CP all I see is "ban user" and "view profile" but no place for my moderators to edit the profile. Is there a hack for this somewhere? I tried looking but cant find anything :(
