xx posts per attachement

is there a hack so that a user must make xx posts before they post another attachment as i've got some serial pics posters and would like to think they come to my forums to do more than attention +++++ -_-"

that's no good as i don't use a points system other than the store and i dont' wanna charge em to add attachments, merely wanna encourage em to post more often.

Nope what he wanted was a rationing system so somebody could only upload 1 attachment ever 5 posts....

I wrote it and installed it :p
