How do I add that little thing at the bottom of the forum pages that alot of online forums have that say "blank% php and blank%MySQL created in blank number of seconds"? I know these sites have it...

Just thought it was cool and wanted to add it. What template should I add it to or do I have to create a new template? I would think I would add it to the footer template.
