Need Help with Forum Permission

Hello,
I'm trying to set up a forum that only members of a certain user group can view. I want to control who can see it. I have already set up a user group and I have already created the private forum. Now, how can I set vbulletin to let only that usergroup see the forum. I find the instructions confusing and see nowhere to specify the usergroup.

Go to the 'forum permissions' section in the AdminCP. Scroll down to the appropriate forum and click edit on which every usergroups you wish to disallow. Simply set the options you wish for them not to have for that forum to 'no' :)

I understand this a little better now. Since I am the administrator, I was able to still see the forum. I just set the registered user options all to no.

it helps to create a "test" account with regular member access I've found.
