Hi!

What I?m looking for is something like the bug tracker on vbulletin.com only much easier!

I need a hack where I can assign a thread made in a support forum to on user of my team or show the status like "fixed", "open" some like this!

There should be following options:

1) define wich forums have that "status hack"
2) the status is shown in the forumdisplay.php after the thread icon
3) Choose in adminCP wich user can change the status and assign a thread to someone

I think that some of you can also use this hack so I hope some good hacker will take the time and write it ;)

If I missed it and it?s already out (I searched but couldn?t find anything like that) please let me know :D

Greetings

Have you tried:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&threadid=44109 ?

I missed that one hehe

But it?s only a part of what I would like to have:

I would like to define a usergroup (f.e. Support Members) wich can take care of problems! They get a drop down box in the problem thread with a "take care of this" (or some like that) option and if they click that option in the forumdisplay shows "assigned to UserX" (where UserX is the one who takes care of the prob)
There also should be some more options to select from by the support members (in the drop down box) like "open" (this option is automaticly selected if a thread is started in support), "solved" (could also close the thread!?), "Bogus" (like in the vbulletin.com bug track forum)

Then I think the layout could be done better!
I don?t like it to have it in the topic title
I would like to have it in a separate columne like next to the thread icon

Maybe someone can improve the existing hack??
Would be very nice ;)

I can hardly wait to see if someone takes care of it :D

I find such a bug tracker also helpful but the only one I found for vB3 is on vbulletin.com itself. Asked Jelsoft if they will hand out the hack or sell it but they declined.

Hopefully someone from this community will write one until we have a vb3 rc ;-)

This request is still wanted!

Is realy noone going to do this for vBB 3?

I think many many forums will benefit from such a hack!

PLZ Fellows!!!!!
