Iv seen some VB3 boards that have the forum home page like here at VBulletin.org has, How and what do i need to do this?

If someone wants to help me set this up or step by step instructions would be good :) THANKS

They were custom-made portals. Also, vB3 hack discussion is not allowed until RC/Gold released of vB3.
