apple/mac x buttons?

Ive done a search on these forums and found that apple sues anyone using these kind of buttons?

Is it true?? if not, then does anyone know where i can find some? what about entire themes/Templates??

i honestly dont belive this, mac isnt one to be uber sue happy. try looking over at vBT.com for some mac styles/buttons

Well it does happen. Smoothie the owner of macfora.com before he switched to IPB had a mac style and he had to remove it...
