Simple Hack Requested

Hello,
I would like to be able to allow certain people on my forums to be able to edit their own Custom Title. I would also like to allow other people to be able to have Custom AVatars, and, finally, I would like to be able to specify certain people to be able to do both.

Is this possible? I do not want it to be done by usergroups, either. For example, I want to be able to let Johnny, a mod, be able to upload his own custom avatars. Then I want to be able to let Timmy, a normal member, be able to define his own custom title and AVatar. Then A third user just a custom title.

I would appreciate any help, even if its just pointing me in the right direction.

why dont you want to do this in usergroups? it would be so very simple, this would also be very simple via vb3 as users can be apart of multi usergroups. :\

So, you would want an option when editing each users profile to allow them to upload a custom avatar, etc... I might be able to help if ONLY the users you specify can use avatars... lemme know :)

I can't do it by usergroups because then you run into a problem when I want to allow a Mod or Supermod to do it....

So you can help me with avatars but not Custom Titles? The option when editing their profile is what I'm looking for. Like a box to check if they can specify custom title, and another box to specify if they cna use custom avatar/upload or not.

you can make new supermod's and mod user groups :P

its all in the add new usergroup panel :P

Hmm so you can... okay, well then would it be possible to allow certain people to choose a CUSTOM AVATAR/UPLOAD THEIR own if they are in a certain user group, and then have another usergroup that can change their own title, and finally have another usergroup that can change both?

ANd that hack link, you gave me isn't what I'm looking for... I'm looking for uploading CUSTOM avatars not just regular avatars.
