Is there a way that I can block all linking to my site from IRC-related chat rooms?

I should ellaborate -- I have a group of people linking to my site from a specific IRC chat room, and I want to prohibit those people from linking to my site from IRC chat rooms in particular. Is there a general referrer from IRC chat that I should know about?
