vbPortal Download Hack

Hi..I use vbPortal 2.3.0 Final (Premium Version) with vBulletin 2.3.0, a lot of people are joining our forums just for the files and I was wondering if anyone could make a hack requiring the user to have a number of posts before downloading a file..

I found a work around to this using a number of other hacks from this forum. I will need to check with the original owners before I can release it as a beta hack.
