-Your header is in the middle of nowhere. At least align it to the top and make it fill the whole width of the screen. Looks disgusting in its current positioning. Also, why are those two buttons in the middle of nowhere, also?
-40 Members, but heaps of forums. Thats way too many for 40 members. You neee to chop off 1/2 - 3/4 of those forums. Expand when you get extreme scripts interested members, and more members in general.

header is rather unoptimized, it seems rather large filesize wise for load time, i am on broadband :\

it looks.. ok
