signature question

i have VB 3 beta4, i upgraded from 2.3.0

and on my old board there was a code mod that
made it so a signature only showed once per page per user.

i just wondered if anyone knows how to do
that to this new version, i can't remember what i did,
but i know it was quick...... LOL !!
