The forum background greys are a little too dark.
Also, maybe too much shadow for the text in all your vB buttons (in the header, postbit, etc.).

Overall, a pretty simple-yet-effective board :)

I did in fact lighten the grey. The buttons I kinda like to look at, but that don't mean I won't adjust them.

For the grey, maybe even a little lighter.
Try #F0F0F0
