I want to make it so that is removed and can't be used on my forums.

This should require file edits..... Could anyone help me out?

Delete the bbcode, edit the vbcode buttons template and one of the java script files. sorry don't rember wich one. it will be the one with definations in it.

Where do I edit the BBCode? I've looked in the VB code area in admincp but nothing there about

It's in bbcodeparse2() in admin/functions.php, although because it's so commonly used you might need to remove it elsewhere as well.
