converting vb2 styles to vb3 styles

afaik, It is impossible, or it would take a very long time.
The template stuff changed completely.
No longer uses .style files,either.

You can do it manually - it's possible. Takes time. Header and footer you can do almost instantly - but the variables need to be changed.
