Hello, A friend of mine bought your software and I was asked to help, anyway

He bought vbulletin 2.3.0 and has it installed and running.

The problem he is having is posting and replying

Let me explain

He can post a new thread, I can post a new thread.

he can reply to his and I can reply to mine, both within about 24 hours.

He can reply to mine and I his, but

after he replys to mine and I his, we can not reply back to each other

also after about 24 hours, we can not reply back to our own threads.

we got the reply dialog box, but when we hit submit, it goes to a blank white screen.

I hope I explained that right, but that is our problem.

None of the settings as far as who can post and who cant, Admin, registered users, Yada Yada were changed.

Since then I have tryed giving all users full access, same thing.

Any suggestiong would be very helpful.

Thank you, I know I am not licensed, and my buddy is not online to ask him what that number is.

I will gladly once I get that number,

Are you saying that the problem is fixed in a hack?

If so, thank you.

If not, could you help me with the problem

That forum is not listed in the license database. You will need to ask your friend to update the URL to his forums in the Members Area.

Meanwhile we cannot give support until you have verified you are working on a licensed forum and have your friend add you to this list:

Hello everybody,

I just wanted to let you know we figured it out with a couple of hints from other threads at vbulletin.com

Just so you know, I do understand the reason for the NO help here, I mean you dont want to give people free help for possibly stolen material.

So it's cool.

Take care and have a good day
