Overall, the design looks cluttered and rushed.. The colours are also very commonly used.

Pop-up blocker too..

vBPortal - Too slow to load, try vBHome or Index.
The colors are too similar, especially the table background and the darker table alternating color. Just need a little more seperating so they don't blend in.

I know you have worked hard shane but the pop ups are CR@P and you have far to many forums for the amount of members
