will having large (1-2Mg) attachments slow down vB ??

Hi All,

Will uploading alot of 1-2 Mg attachments slow down a forum ???

How are attachments handled ... ? will posting say, 50, 1.5 Mg (avi's ) as attachments in 1 thread effect the performance of the forum ??

well the attachments are stored in the DB, so it'll just slow down the DB server, but as we see on vb.org it's not something you would remark normally ;)
