Access and control for supermods

Hello guys,

I have VB3.0 and I'm wondering if there's a control panel for the super mods. Some of the mods on my site are telling me that they need more power because the moderator control panel is too limited. The admin control panel on the other hand is too powerful. Some of the things they want access to is be able to change people's avatars, modify their signatures, and be able to unban people.

Assassin, he's using VB3. Not sure that the lesser admin cp applies.

But under VB3, he can configure an individual admin's permissions if I understand the new system correctly.

OOps, I have Version 2.3.0 not version 3. For some reason I got confused about that. Anyhow, would I be able to configue the admin's permission?
