Right now I have a link that will run a search on 1 forum, but I want another search that searches the entire forum except this forum that I have setup now.

I don't think multiple forum searching is possible in vB 2 without some hacking to search.php

Well, it's already built-in to vB 3; you could try taking a look at how they've done it to get a rough idea on what you could do to implement it to vB 2.
