poll/ vote mod

i was talking about a hack to muh boi and this is what i suggested for our rap board, kinda a manual way of having a rap battle hack.

ok, well i wanted to make it so that only the emcee battlers in the league are able to post replies in the text forum, and after all emcees in a battle have posted there verses, the battle will be put into a form of a poll, and nowun will be allowed to post, also the emcees verses will be put into poll form eliminating there original posts, then then the poll will be open to anyone to vote, but after they select the emcee they want it takes them to a screen where they must define why they voted for that emcee and break it down into a specified rating system. then they may submit there vote. and after they submit there vote, an admin/mod check the vote to see if it isn't a ++++ryding vote/ crew/ hate vote, but only the admin/mods will be able to see the who voted what and their reasons

all i need is the poll hack made, if anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it

Why dont u just let mods vote or something??

or tell them to vote and post there reason, then get a mod to review it, and if they dont like it, delete the post and the vote??

because, then then people can just vote and they dont even have to explain there votes, and also then if his reasons aren't good enough one emcee might c it and start beef, and the whole point is to avoid beef and make it more orginized

So basically you want something that comes with the vote, so they have to post their vote, and then like write a comment with it?? is there anything more needed

if possible a set format such as "vote" then who he/she voted for
"reason" why you picked him/her
"wordplay" witch emcee had better wordplay
"creativty" witch emcee had better creativity
"emcee 1" (replaced by first emcee name) what his/her rating is
"emcee 2" (replaced by second emcee name) what his/her rating is

so basically they select their vote, then at the same time write a comment.. which is then submitted to someplace.. yeah i'll give it a try first i just got to make a hack for another request i saw..
