I went to http://www.hedgehogwheels.com/forums/ and i registered as a member there.... what i was amazed was.
How did you do the timeroffset option at the register section Freddie??! That is something really useful. Is it a hack already here in vB forums? A hack you did yourself?(if so, willing to share? ;)) , or is it just in the options and i overlooked it.....=P (newbie here) .
Thank you all for your time!

ahh it is there silly me. But i like it how freddie has it as a drop down box. (so users need not think how many hours they are offset to the server=))

Anyone know how? freddie? :)
Thanks

This will be a feature in version 2.

But if you need it now, just open your date/time control panel in Windows and duplicate the TimeZone drop down box using Form elements. Set the value to the offset and it will work.
